    The Open Gym is exclusive for SGPT members. You have full access to our Open Gym training facility — dial in, no crowds, no noise, just you and your journey. As part of your SGPT membership, THE CONC3PT Coaches will design a training program tailored to you. Every session is focused, intentional, and built around you.
